Return & Exchange

1. Please note that at Rwank, we care deeply about your health and safety. For this reason, products that come in direct contact with the face cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect in the stitching.

2. Returns and exchanges are available within 2 days of receiving your order, provided that policy #1 is respected and the product remains in its original packaging.

3. Returns and exchanges are only applicable for items with a stitching defect. Please ensure you check the size chart provided in the product description, as accurate measurements are clearly detailed for each item.

4. Return shipping fees of 30 SAR will be borne by the customer. However, if the product is defective or there was an error with your order, Rwank will cover all costs.

Return & Exchange Procedure

1. Contact our Customer Service team through WhatsApp at +19147219185.

2. Provide your order number and specify the defect by sharing a photo of the product so we can process your return or exchange request.

3. Once the product is received and inspected by our Quality Team and all accessories are confirmed, your refund will be processed.

• Delivery of orders to the specified address takes 2 to 6 business days from the date the shipping company receives the package.
