What if have received a wrong item or an item is missing?
We urge our customers to check items as soon as they are received to make sure they are in good condition and exactly what you ordered. If you find anything wrong with the product, please contact us immediately.
What if i entered the incorrect shipping address?
Please, contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number, and updated shipping address. If your order has not yet shipped, we will gladly update your shipping information.

How long does delivery take?
We deliver our products to all regions throughout Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the exception of some governorates. Delivery within 2 to 5 working days (excluding any public holidays).

Exchange & Return
Can I return or exchange a niqab or hijab?
No, products that come in direct contact with the face cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a stitching defect.
What is the time frame to request a return or exchange?
You must request it within 2 days of receiving your order.
Can I return the product if the size does not fit me?
No, returns are only accepted for stitching defects. Please check the size chart carefully before purchasing.
Who pays the shipping fees for returns?
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the costs. Otherwise, the customer will pay a 30 SAR return shipping fee.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Contact Customer Service via WhatsApp at +19147219185 with your order number and clear photos showing the defect.
How will I get my refund?
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection.
Does the product need to be in original condition?
Yes, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How can I apply the discount code?
You can enter your discount code under Apply Discount Code at checkout. Once you hit Apply Code it will automatically be applied to your purchase.
How do I use the discount code?
If you have a discount code to use on our site (lucky you!), it's easy enough - just enter the code in the box labeled "Gift Card or Discount Code" At checkout, click "Apply" and if your basket meets the terms of the offer, the instructions will apply your software.

I am not comfortable with online orders. What do I do?
We understand your concern, which is a valid one given some online shops' lack of transparency. At Rwank, we prioritize your peace of mind. We offer a "Pay on Delivery" option, ensuring you only pay when the product reaches you. You can inspect the material upon delivery without opening the package. If the product isn't to your liking, you have the right to decline it, and you'll only be charged for the delivery service. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities.
